Dear Mauro,
I don't think it's normal, but I have ever succeeded in separating
the small plants from the flower stems. It kept growing for 2
months to be 2cm in diameter, but died probably because of my
cultivation inexperience for VFT. My plants were imported from
Triffied Park in Australia. They were named "Royal Red." I planted
6 of them in a large pot. When they flowered, 3 plants had very
red plantlets on the stalks. There were 2 to 4 plantlets on one
stalk. I waited until the small plants have at least 4 leaves with
traps, then separated them with knife. I sterilized the opening
and planted in sphagnum moss. Good growing!
