Subject: Transplanting petiolaris-complex?

Hi,

I've read that the best time to transplant temperate sundews is when
they're dormant, does the same apply for plants from the
petiolaris-complex?

Does anyone know what germinated D. falconeri looks like? I've got
something growing in a pot, but I'm not sure if it has been contaminated
with some other plant or not.
