There is a product on the market called NIMBY <Not In My Back Yard> which
is a harmless spray you put on/around plants <read directions to be sure>,
basically a pepper spray that the squirrels and other small pesky animals
dont' like. I work at a hardware store that sells it and have not heard
any complaints about it yet, and we've sold A LOT. Hope this helps :)
