Heya Paul Pollen is best stored in the freezer and can last for a
    year or perhaps longer. Some species or hybrids tend to be far
    more viable than others. Some of us do or have exchanged a lot
    of pollen over the years and Geof Mansell and I, for example,
    made a lot of hybrids this way. WE are both in different
    countries. Ric.
