Hey Folks,
I've been seeing the thread on field collection. It is nice to see
the conservation conversation.
Just so that silence is not misinterpreted as a lack of interest, I want
to point out that the ICPS condemns most forms of field collection. The
ICPS conservation is online at the ICPS web site.
A more elaborate set of statements on field collection are on the (ICPS
approved) carnivorous plant FAQ, specifically:
**May I collect carnivorous plants from the wild?
http://www.sarracenia.com/faq/faq424.html
**Why can't I collect plants if the land they live on is being destroyed
anyway?
http://www.sarracenia.com/faq/faq428.html
Cheers
Barry
