Subject: Contact With The ICPS

I am unable to contact the ICPS by email or phone. When I try the HTML,
my WebTv begins to connect, then the whole system shuts down. I have
tried from links as well, and the same thing happens. This is the only
time in three years I have ever had a problem with any site like this.

Please offer me a phone number if available
I would like to join the Society and need to make contact.
