Subject: Controlling Snails

Learned from my grandmother that an excellent snail trap is a saucer of beer
placed in the soil at its level. Apparently slugs aren't very finicky about
their beer so I guess it doesn't matter if it's Schlitz or Guiness. Put a
few of these around the garden and the snails will......er........slime?
their way to this delicious treat.
