In my experience, Neps flower when left alone to grow into
large plants. They seem to flower when day and night are equal
(ie: 12 hours light, 12 hours dark), so either in the fall or
spring. Other than that, keep the plant in a light place (they
can take direct sunlight if introduced to it slowly) and feed
heavily in the summer.
