As the seed pods have burst revealing the black seeds you can collect
them now. It doesn't matter if you wait, they will remain viable for
much more than a year. But the longer you wait to harvest them, the
more you risk losing the seed as some drop off or as the flower stalk
rots allowing the whole seed pod to drop.

Germination is very easy with Dionaea so have fun.
