ICPS membership - nothing received

Subject: ICPS membership - nothing received

Back in April, I sent in my application form and check to ICPS for 2000
membership, plus all the back issues of 98-99. My check for $45 was
cashed, but I have yet to receive anything from them. Does anyone have
a telephone number or email address, so that I can check and find out
what happened and straighten it out?
