Subject: Garden Bog

Has anyone used a bath (U.S. tub) as a bog? I have a ghastly 1970's
brown bath which could be embedded into the lawn (as soon as I rip it
out of the bathroom).

My concern is that I'll probably end up standing in it by accident. My
night-time hobby is astronomy, so I could be wandering about a dark garden,
lugging a telescope...
