Subject: Sarracenia minor dormancy and Sean Samia

     Fellow cpeers,

I remember reading somewhere, probably in Randall Schwartz's book,
that Sarracenia minor can get through winter with little or no dormancy in
cultivation. Has anyone tried this?
This would appear to correspond with the mild central Florida winter,
so maybe so. I'm thinking of trying this on a north-facing tile floor as a
half-hearted experiment in bug control. (Hate those centipedes, even if
they are carnivores).
     Oh, and Sean Samia:
I was relieved after a double-take to read: "I might even bring a few
Ladles to sell..." For a second there I thought you wrote "Ladies". :)

                                    Grow well and goodnight everybody!
