Hello John, and list,
>From what I have been told, most Nep. maxima in cultivation are male. I have
a specimen (thanks Henning) from Lake Poso, Sulawesi, it is different from
most N. maxima in the lack of a flared peristome, and having small but
colorful pitchers. It is a "male" and coming into flower. If you find you
have a "female" I will be glad to send pollen.
