Subject: Burkina Faso (continued)

Dear Tom & al.,

in a recent paper (Fischer, Porembski & Barthlott, "Revision of the
Genus _Genlisea_ (Lentibulariaceae) in Africa and Madagascar with
Notes on Ecology and Phytogeography", Nord. J. Bot. 20:291-318,
2000), specimens of _Genlisea stapfii_ from Burkina Faso are cited,
so you can add this latter one to the shopping list.

In this paper also a new species from Angola is described (_Genlisea
taylorii_, erroneously called "G. taylori" but cf. e.g. _Macrolobium
taylorii_).
_G. taylorii_ "is dedicated to Peter Taylor/Kew for his
outstanding contributions on Lentibulariaceae." (l.c.: 311):
"Genlisea angolensi affinis, sed pedicello glabro, sepalis glabris
vel basim glandulosis, ovario laxe glanduloso, labio superiore
corollae angustiore et labio inferiore distincte longiore differt."

Kind regards
Jan
