Subject: terrarium building

Hi,
Does anybody know the process in building a good environment for
carnivorous plants in a 10 gallon aquarium. Should i put rocks on the
bottom or what type of soil should i use. I am thinking of putting some
sarracenia hybrids, drosera and maybe some pings. Thanks for the help.
