Subject: Weedy cp seeds wanted.

I am in touch with a non-profit science education center (The Ecotarium) in
Worcester Massachusetts that both trains public school teachers and
provides seminars to local schools.
They do have a strong ecology and wetland ecology curriculum but are
seeking to expand their courses.
Does anyone have any extra weedy cp seed(i.e. rapid germination/growth+
hardy, D. capensis comes to mind) that they would care to donate for middle
and high school education purposes. The plants are for indoor cultivation
and ultimate distribution to students.
Almost any hardy Drosera aliciae, intermedia would be fantastic.

I have some old seed myself which is about 5-7 years old and has been
stored dry at room temperature. Has anyone ever tried to plant Drosera
seed this old before and how have they fared? Does anyone have experience
with old seed from the other Genera (or is it Genus? so much for my latin)

These are interested kids!! Some of the questions I fielded were 1) How
do bogs become acidic? 2) How can anyone grow these plants since they
require such high humidity? 3) What types of soil do they grow in?

Thanks everyone....
