Dear All,
I currently have a small specimen of U.Humboltii that is not doing too well.
It has two leaves and is attempting to grow others but the tips rot before
they sprout into leaves.
The plant is sat in a terrarium, heated to 78 F during the day (at nightime
the temp drops due to the heater being on the same timeswitch as the lights).
It is lit by two fluorescent tubes (one growlux, the other a triton tube).
The terrarium also gets occasional daylight.
The plant sits in a high tray and is flooded by rainwater, The planting
medium is primarirly sphagnum moss, with added moss peat.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong (and how to put it right?)
Happy Christmas to y'all
