Even though you have very cold winters in Salt Lake there are many
greenhouse kits available which might do the job for you and make the

company and I've been very pleased with them. They are about as
inexpensive as you are going to get for hobbiest greenhouses and they
are very strong. You have to jump through a couple of hoops to insulate
one, but I've had great luck.
