OK, if the "repeated split" of the style is entirely constricted to the
stigmatic tip, this is a strong argument *against* (!!!) _D.aliciae_.
With the leaf characters as seen in the Photos sent to me by Robert
(TNX) and the stigmas *not* repeatedly divided the only remaining
possibility is *_D.dielsiana_, the seeds of which are *not* fusiform
(at least when ripe), however. Stigma morphology is indeed crucial
for species determination in this complex.
As to literature, do you know the Diels monograph?
If yes, I recommend reading this first (OK, latin is not everyone`s thing).
Then try to read the protologues of _D.aliciae_ (by Hamet), _D.dielsiana_
(by Exell & Laundon), and the monograph in Fl. S. Africa (by A.A.Obermeyer-
Mauve).
