John: TAYLOR can be bought directly from Kew publishing or probably through
any good book store which will do orders. I don't have Kew's address.
The book costs about 40 pounds last time I looked, so isn't cheap.
I'd suggest looking for a copy at a University library. It is fairly
technical and can take a while to really become comfortable with.
But I would recommend every CPer read the pages before the descriptions
of individual species. Very interesting.
