CPs in the wild

My parents have (almost) bought a property in the Strezlecki Ranges
(eastern central Victoria, Australia) and we have found 2 species of CP
on it already! Drosera pygmaea plants are actually on the property
(we've only found a few so far - I've taken one of them, with gemmae, to
multiply in the greenhouse to see if it's the same as another plant I
obtained from a different area of Vic. and, hopefully, to colonize a
larger area of the property). In a soak leading into a creek at the end
of the block (not on our land, but pretty close to it) there were a few
D. binatas growing - one was looking great with large healthy leaves
(trapping blades were perhaps 2-3" long, and only singly split) Funnily
enough, this plant was suffering from flower stalk die off which is a
problem with the plants I have at home...
