Well, that isn't *so* unusual! Lots of plants have short flowering times
other than CP, and lots of CP have flowers open for fairly long periods -
Sarracenia, Pinguiculas, Darlingtonia, Nepenthes. It seems that Drosera
is more the exception than the rule.
