John, I'm growing the following species:
agnata - CP, 7/27/91
caerulea - SB, 7/91
colimensis - DB, 4/10/93
cyclosecta - DB, 1/24/92
ehlersia (?) (seedlings) - CP, 1/19/92
kondoi - DB, 4/10/93
lusitanica - RW, 9/14/92
lusitanica `europe' - DB, 4/10/93
moranensis `G' - CC, 2/15/92
planifolia - BAMR, 2/28/93
primuliflora - BAMR, 6/91
primuliflora "pale flower" - BAMR, 3/20/92

agnata X gypsicola - CC, 8/11/91
moranensis X ehlersia - CP, 1/19/92
x George Sargent - DB, 12/29/92
(gypsicola x moranensis caudata)

Most of the plants are very small plantlets, as I've only recently
acquired them. The exception is moranensis `G', which I've had for
a year now. It did great outdoors in the Bay Area since this time
last year, including some temps down to 30 F. or so. It's a very
vigorous grower in peat/perlite, but I haven't yet tried propagating
it. I will this season however.

I grow colimensis, cyclosecta, kondoi, and x George Sargent at work,
in various peat, perlite, and vermiculite mixes, with plenty of light
from afternoon sun and 2 small growlite tubes. My plants are standing
in water but with the loose mixes this doesn't seem to be a problem.
Besides, it's only about 1/4" - 3/8" of water.
