a couple of ping questions, and a book question

Book question: Does anyone know where I can get the Kondo book?

Ping questions:

1) Is there a proper name for agnata X gypsicola?

2) What is the taxonomy of P. ehlersia/ehlersae/ehlerseae?
I have some plants variously identified as some of these
spellings, but I don't believe the names are correct.
