On a similar note, I'm wondering if anyone uses any NON-organic mixes
for their CP, ie. no peat, no shagnum, no bark. The reason I wonder is
because I imagine a non-organic mix would deteriorate slower. I also
suppose such a mix would hold up better in warm growing conditions,
where high temps may accelerate decomposition. I've used a
vermiculite/perlite mix with Pinguicula and found it rather successful,
though there were some drawbacks (ie light weight, floating, drying
etc..)
