I can tell you from experience that you should not expect to grow and
bloom any of these as "house plants" they all will grow vegetatively
for you without any problems in a good East Window or under Lights.
However, they need moderately high light to bloom and you only get
seed pods if you hand polinate the blooms. Since you are looking for
Vanilla beans you need blooms. Vanilla Jamaca would probably be the
most likely one for you to try. If you summer it outside and grow it
under very good conditions in the house you should have a chance of
blooming it.
