Other fairly easy ones, if you live in a cool climate, are:

N. ventricosa
N. maxima
N. tobaica

All these can take lower humidity - I grow them hard (unenclosed; the
leaves are not so tender this way) but I get good pitchering. They don't
like really hot weather though.
