I inquired about a week ago about the best way to buy Nepenthes.
They are offered as cuttings and, more expensive, rooted
cuttings. Are they difficult to root? In fact, if cuttings
are fairly successful, I would like to start some cuttings
of my little plant. The new growth is growing quite strongly
and the older part of the plants have lost their growing
tips. I thought I might get some side shoots. The Nepenthes
I have is unidentified. Someone on the list suggested that
it might be a seedling because it is so small. I think it
is a mature plant. If anyone has had experience rooting
cuttings of Nepenthes please pass some of your experience
along.
Thanks,
