Yep, one of those tunnels. My greenhouse is home-made and consists of a
lot of wood and fiberglass, and a lot of hours of construction. But my
next one will be a hoophouse---I've already designed the majority of it,
at least in concept, and it will be a great deal easier to construct
than my present one was.
In terms of using the space, I'm sure you'll devise various arrangements.
I suggest growing what you can via undrained trays. I use big storage
tubs. I stock each tub with pots of plants that require similar water
levels, then just keep an appropriate amount of water in each. It cuts
down on watering time.
Consider hanging plants from the rod running along the apex of the
tunnel arch. Plants well suited to this are the various _D.binata_ and
scrambling tuberous _Drosera_.
