I have just joined this group, and I understand that the custom is for new
members to introduce themselves. Okay, here goes...

My name is Steve Clancy, and I am a medical librarian at the University of
California, Irvine, Biomedical Library. I have been raising CP on and off
since the late 60's. I currently have a very small collection of Dionaea,
Drosera, Sarracenia, and Pinguicula, and one Nepenthes. All but the
Nepenthes are being grown outdoors. The Drosera capensis are extremely red.

I don't have a lot of room, but I am
currently trying to acquire some terrestrial Utricularia. I would love to
get hold of a healthy Cephalotus, but they seem to be hard to come by.
Years ago, I had a beautiful specimen which produced scads of pitchers, but
it finally succumbed to an attack of spider-mites := ^( .

Glad to be part of the group!
