got the pitchers to grow

Hello all, I have now managed to get my _Nepenthes ?_ to grow
three pitchers, they are all quite small now, but they are growing
all the time. My Nep is now here in my office in the windowsill,and I have
given showers to it several times in the day and have had light on (11w)
nearly all the time. The pitchers are coming to the lower leaves.
