No, what usenet could use is a simple rec.plants.exotic to cover the wider
scope of cp, orchids, bromeliads, etc... Newbies would hate all our tech.
talk, and we'd hate all the "I bought a VFT, and it is turning black"
questions. Those who are interested could move on to the listserv groups.
I don't know enough about FTP, hypertext, etc. to comment.
