Don't use it. I don't know what kind of mix you have,
and I'm no expert about orchid mixes, but I believe the
mix is designed specifically for certain plants, and is
too rich for CP. In addition, CP mix neeeds to be acid,
hence the peat. Finally, and most importantly, CP mix
can't be of a substance which will rot. Peat is rot
resistant. Other mixes typically are not.

Buy some SunShine Canadian spaghnum peat. If they don't
have that, get some other quality, pure, peat. DO NOT
USE HYPONEX brand anything! It's a CP killer.
