_D.cistiflora_ normally does go dormant (at least in S AF, where it is from).
It has thickened roots as storage organs for the dry season. So it will most
probably be good to give it some time to relax in the summer (or as soon as
the above ground parts start dying).

PS:The so-called "tuberous" sundews (a terminology introduced by our
Australian colleagues) are not tuberous, either. They do have bulbs, not
tubers!
