Rob: I got the _P.cyclosecta a long time ago from Don. It was one of the
first Mexican pings I managed to grow for more than 6 months without killing,
so I know its looks well. The _P. kondoi_ is a far more recent addition to
the collection, although also from Don. If there's a mix up I got them
mixed up. But hey, these are Mexican pings---I never trust the labels on
them because I figure they're *always* wrong. And IDing this group is not
a challenge I wish to take. I'll stick with the 216 species of _Utrics_,
at least those are easy! :)

I'm propagating both and if I get extras I'll send them back to
Sen~or Burden for reciprocal transplant experiments!

I've got a _P.agnata_ from Tom Johnson. Strange elliptical to almost
rectangular leaves about 5 cm long. They are prone to being a little
ratty around the edges, although they aren't as bad in this respect as
my _P._`George Sargent' which can be very messy. My various
_P.moranensis_ all have very neat oval or broadly elliptical leaves.
Does this _P.agnata_ leave shape mesh with other growers' plants?

Jan, we'll forgive your inexcusable error re: _U. resupinata_ on Cuba.
I have a specimen of _D.intermedia_ from that island. Not very
remarkable---it looks like _D.intermedia_.
