Don,
I have the e-mail address of the Jardin Botanica in Cienfuegos
and of the Rector of the University de Habana. What I hope to
do is wrangle an invitation for a group of cpers to come to
Cuba for an educational and research trip. If it is authorized
we can travel freely from the US to Cuba and back.

I was invited down for a film conference. It was for 5 days and
food and lodging was included, plus touristy things, for $200.
Airfair was not included.
