I was recently looking at my (formerly thought to be)
"P. cyclosecta" plants. This has never been a vigorous
plant for me, and I finally move them outside this
winter to see if the seasonal change will make them
happier.

On one of the three plants, the center cluster of
leaves has turned dark red. The rest of the plant
is still quite green, as are all of the other two
plants. The color is rather remarkable, and I'm
wondering what could cause such a localized and
yet complete color change. Has anyone ever seen
something like this?

Regards,

Robert
