Actually, Barry, if you recall your physical chemistry demonstrations,
the pressure can be substantial. I don't think it gets much over 250
psig, though. (The units accept tap pressure, but I think all of them
have pumps in them.) Ain't it neat, though, to trade pressure off for
composition?
