I have been growing the red vft for over several years. I have sent quite
a few to other collectors........granted they were all really small, but
they all will grow. Anyway, I have been growing the original plant under
lights 24 hrs. a day, with a one month break over the winter. I also add
extra carbon dioxide to the terrarium to further speed the growth.
Every leaf the plant has produced has been used to make babies. And, by
the way, if you remove the first baby, I've had as many as three more
follow off the same leaf! I just thought I would post this note since
there has been talk about the red form lately.
