Unless money is the over-riding concern, I'd either buy a brand
new aquarium (w/out the filter), or even better, try to find a used
one. For basic CP you don't need a heater: the growlights will heat
a closed terrarium up a lot. I was gifted with a 55 gal aquarium which
I use for my lowland Nepenthes. I had a piece of 1/4" glass cut to use
as a lid (leaving about 1" space for air circulation) and I lay the lights
on top of that. It works very well.
