The NC Botanical Garden is located in Chapel Hill. Ask for
Rob Gardner who takes care of the CP collection. Let me know
if you're coming. The Gardens are about 15 min from my house.
The Green Swamp is located south of Wilmington near Supply,
NC. If you are contemplating a visit to the Green Swamp
you may want to call Linda Gintoli in Wilmington. She
is the Local Nature Conservancy Land Steward for the Green
Swamp Holding and could probably point you to the more
interesting and accessible areas. Take a compass though, the
place is huge and the pine trees all begin to look alike after
