Hello everyone:
I am glad to be finally on the internet and on the list. I was
surprised to find the amount of mail has increased by orders of
magnitude after the subscription. I became interested in CP very
long ago that I cannot recall. It was a type of fascination only
CPers can understand. About five years ago a friend of mine
borrowed a book from the library. Inside the library book was a
note containing contact address of Randy Lamb, who later on helped
me a great deal in starting up. Three years ago I built a 84sq.ft
greenhouse and kept mainly the easy to grow droseras and
sarracenias. Now with the help of others such as Kevin Snively and
with some trading and purchasing, my collection contains: some pygmy
and tuberous droseras, all pure Sarracenias and some hybrids, a few
heliamphoras, a few Nepenthes, Cephalotus, and few pings, etc. I
had built three outdoor planter boxes for the Sarracenias and the
North American droseras such as anglica and rotundifolia. Last
summer I designed and built a 14'x8' greenhouse for a friend of mine
who is a new member to the hobby. I am very interested in obtaining
different forms of S.flava(Copper top, maxima, all green,
    burgundy,...) and more Sarracenia hybrid.
Oops, gotta go. Time's almost ran out. See you next time -- Larry.
