For all the Nepenthes seed I have seen the first two leaves -I forget
what they are called- look very much like grass. The third leaf,
however, will include a tiny trap a few mill. long. This trap may not
be fully differentiated. If you are not certain after the third leaf,
wait a little longer, after the fourth or fifth leaf you will know for
sure.

FWIW, I personally don't transplant seedlings with just a few leaves
unless its an emergency, ie mold in the pot. I lose too many that way.
Other growers may do it more routinely.
