A question to U.S. CPers... My understanding is that CITES addresses
international trade (Indeed, C.I.T.E.S. stands for the Convention on
International Trade in Endangered Species). So what about domestic
trade. I suppose that this falls under the jurisdiction of the
Endangered Species Act? Anyone have the status of US CPs in this act
