I don't know if Charles Darwin wrote about VFT in
his "Origin of Species" but he did write a bok
about cp (including VFT). It's called
"Insectivorous Plants" (1875, Murray,London).
There isn't anything about magnetism, but a whole
lot of other experiments and it's interesting and
fun to read. I don't know if it's possible to buy
it, mine is from our library.
