I grow Heliamphora standing in about 1/2 to 1 inch of water. I find my
plants grow more slowly with less water and if the temperature passes
75F. So most live in an aquarium in my basement. I have tried
superthrive in the summer when temperatures were warm and growth slow,
but didn't see any real change. I have fed insects to the plants but
cannot say whether it makes a difference.

I grow two different hybrids and two different species in these
conditions with execellent results. James.
