Q: About Pinguicula sp. "Pico de Orizaba"...
Has this plant been assigned an official name yet? Mine is about to flower,
and seems to fit the description of P. moranensis var rosei given in Slack's
second book ("IEP&HTGT") except that the leaves aren't "somewhat pointed"...
The attractive reddish leaves and scapes are a nice change from the pale
green of the rest of my Pings! The flowers should be a nice dark purplish
colour with white markings - I'll try to post a detailed description when it
opens in a few days or so.
