Hi I'm a new guy.
I am a new professor at a small college in southern Illinois, USA.
We've got a nice greenhouse on the end of the science building and
no one was doing anything with it. I just read Paul Simon's book
The Action Plant last winter, and thought I would try growing some
weird plants. One thing led to another and now I have some
Mimosa, sundew, pitcher plants, venus fly traps... and still looking.
I have also been getting interested in mosses and liverworts.
I'd welcome any advise on what is would be a fun easy beginner level
carnivorous plant.
Happy holidays, and may the earth keep spinning.
