I read an intersting article yesterday in the New York Times about the
Kombucha mushroom. Can anyone tell me anyone email any information about
it? The article outlined that it could be a mushroom or several yeasts
living symbiotically with several bacteria that produce a powerful
antibiotic. Is it toxic? How does one get some? How do you grow it?
are there any use groups on the net that discuss it?
