Peter - you can spray your plants with rubbing alcohol - it won't hurt
them. Spray down in the cacks between growing leaves. Use Q-tips in
hard-to-reach nooks and crannies.
For insecticides, you can use X-Clude and Knoxx-Out. These are
microencapsulated Pyrithrium and Diazanon, respectively, and are the best
versions for human and plant health.
